This is the view from the furthest wall of the living room across from the kitchen. A the left of the picture you can see the wall with the air intake vent. That's the small hallway which leads to a sitting room and the front door. This model is built with the "tech center" option which we also plan to include.
The kitchen has lots of cabinet space and the sink overlooks the back yard.
The island is HUGE! Seriously! Lots of extra storage inside too. But I'm worried about having enough space to walk around between the sink, stove and fridge without bumping into the island. I'll just get used to it, right?
The pantry is also Quite Large!
It also concerns me that the fridge is right next to the pantry wall. I'm afraid that the door won't open all of the way and that I won't be able to access the drawers inside. My dream is to have a french door fridge with a freezer drawer below. We'll see.
Then you go up the stairs which are located between the living room and sitting room.
At the top of the stairs and to the right you have the master bedroom.
And out of the master is the loft area which leads into ...
the laundry room.
One last thing to note is that the bedrooms all have walk in closets.
So there is our tour of the model home...one day to be like our home.
We are planning to have 4 bedrooms with the laundry room upstairs. 2.5 baths. The basement is unfinished with planned space for a game/play area, a 5th bedroom, a bathroom, and storage and cold storage areas.
Lots of possibilities!!!
